Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational processes related to forex trading activities.
Monitor client account opening, KYC verification, and onboarding procedures.
Ensure seamless integration of operational systems and trading platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5, CRM tools).
Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.
Support trade reconciliation and transaction monitoring.
Handle CRM updates and maintain accurate operational records.
Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.
Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- 2 5 years of experience in operations within the Forex, Brokerage, CFD, or Financial Services industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems, performance marketing tools, and affiliate platforms.
- Strong understanding of forex trading platforms and brokerage operations.
- Familiarity with MT4/MT5 operations is highly preferred.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and operational discipline.
