Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and process approximately 200 invoices monthly with accuracy and within designated timelines.
  • Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for goods and services (approximate annual value: AED 1.5M).
  • Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) promptly — within 24 hours of delivery — in SAP.
  • Investigate and resolve over 150 invoice discrepancies and payment-related issues quarterly.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and vendors to ensure timely and accurate invoice approvals and payments.
  • Monitor and reduce payment delays, improve issue resolution turnaround time, and maintain vendor satisfaction.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to procurement and invoicing.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate procurement records and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement and invoice operations within the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven experience in handling high-volume invoice processing (200+ monthly).
  • Proficient in SAP (MM and FI modules) – mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of procurement procedures and vendor management.
