Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure seamless workflow across departments and optimize efficiency.
  • Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
  • Oversee inventory management processes, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment to meet production demands.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is essential.

  • A minimum of 0-5 years of experience in operations or supply chain management within a fast-paced environment.

  • Relevant certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Lean Management are highly preferred.

  • Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is a significant advantage for this role.

  • Night Shift only.
