Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Documentation & Employee File Management
Maintain and update employee records (passport copies, visa documents, Emirates ID, medical reports, contracts, etc.).
Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and deployment documentation.
Track visa processing, labour card renewals, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Ensure all records are accurately stored (physical and digital) in compliance with company policy.
2. Client & Candidate Coordination
Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and documentation.
Liaise with candidates for onboarding formalities and submission of required documents.
Support mobilization and deployment processes.
3. Payroll & Attendance Support
Assist in collecting attendance sheets from client sites.
Coordinate with accounts for payroll data submission.
Maintain leave, overtime, and timesheet records.
4. Compliance & Government Portal Handling
Handle relevant government portals (e.g., MOHRE, immigration portals, etc.).
Track visa status, labour approvals, and related applications.
Ensure adherence to UAE labour law and company compliance standards.
5. Data Management & Reporting
Maintain databases of deployed manpower.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports.
Track contract expiries and renewal timelines.
6. General Administrative Support
Maintain filing systems and office documentation.
Coordinate with PROs, recruitment team, and accounts department.
Handle inbound and outbound operational correspondence.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any.
1–3 years of experience in a manpower/recruitment company (preferably UAE experience).
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong documentation and record-management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
