Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Support financial operations, including data entry, expense tracking, invoice management, and basic accounting tasks.
Assist in preparing operational reports, performance analysis, and financial summaries for management review.
Collaborate with finance and administrative teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting.
Monitor and improve operational processes for better efficiency and productivity.
Handle vendor coordination, procurement follow-ups, and logistical arrangements as required.
Maintain records of operational transactions, purchase orders, and inventory updates.
Support in budgeting and cost control by tracking expenses and assisting in financial planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by management.
Preparation of MIS reports and provide timely updates to Senior.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom) and MBA in Finance or Business Management (mandatory).
2–4 years of experience in operations, administration, or finance-related roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting tools/software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
Person should be good in excel/Google sheets
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
