Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the security teams across all client sites in Abu Dhabi.
  • Ensure deployment is in accordance with contract specifications and PSBD licensing.
  • Monitor schedules, attendance, and performance of security guards via control room and site inspections.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality, discipline, and client satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance (PSBD)

  • Ensure full compliance with PSBD rules and guidelines, including licensing, uniforms, training, and documentation.
  • Liaise with PSBD officials for audits, inspections, and renewals.
  • Keep updated with changes in local laws and regulations and implement them operationally.

Staff Management

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new security staff in compliance with PSBD requirements.
  • Supervise Area Supervisors and Control Room Operators.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and enforce disciplinary procedures when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the HR department for visa, medical, and labor law requirements.

Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients.
  • Handle complaints and resolve operational issues swiftly.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate service delivery and satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance and incident reports.

Administrative & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate operational records including duty rosters, incident reports, and PSBD documentation.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on operations, incidents, manpower, and compliance.

Financial Oversight

  • Work with the finance team to manage budgets, overtime, and cost controls.
  • Optimize resource deployment to ensure profitability of contracts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of operations management experience in a PSBD-licensed security company in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of PSBD rules, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership skills managing large security teams (200+ staff).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory; Arabic a plus).
  • UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-handling abilities.
