Operation Manager Mideast Delivery Services

We are specifically looking for candidates with a proven track record in the UAE delivery industry, having managed large-scale fleets for platforms such as Careem, Talabat, Amazon, Deliveroo, or Noon, etc. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in high-level operations, team leadership, and fleet optimization within these major delivery ecosystems.

Manage end-to-end daily delivery operations, including rider allocation, attendance, and performance monitoring.

Ensure maximum utilization of riders, bikes, and SIM resources to maintain operational efficiency.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to reduce dependency on individuals and ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor rider availability, login discipline, and on-time shift adherence.

Lead, train, and supervise Team Leaders and rider teams to achieve operational targets.

Coordinate with clients (such as Careem, supermarkets, and other partners) to ensure service level agreements (SLA) are met.

Identify operational risks such as rider shortages, high no-show rates, and delays, and take corrective actions promptly.

Prepare and maintain daily operational reports, including rider attendance, order fulfillment, and performance metrics.

Implement rider recruitment, retention, and incentive programs to maintain a stable workforce.

Handle rider grievances, operational issues, and escalation management effectively.
