Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes, safety compliance, and quality standards.
· Manage and develop local teams, providing leadership, training, and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
· Coordinate logistics, including procurement, inventory management, and transportation of materials and finished goods.
· Engage proactively with clients, hosting on-site visits, addressing concerns, and ensuring strong client relationships.
· Ensure compliance with local regulations, maintaining thorough documentation, reporting, and adherence to statutory requirements.
· Lead initiatives to achieve ISO certification, driving continuous improvement and adherence to international quality standards.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align plant operations with organizational strategy and growth objectives
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably within manufacturing or industrial plant operations.
· Proven experience in logistics coordination and team leadership.
· Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to engage clients effectively.
· Familiarity with ISO certification processes and quality management systems.
· Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment and experience managing diverse teams.
· Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
