Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager (5+ years Hypermarket/Supermarket) to lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure strong financial and SOP performance across our growing retail network.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and ensure full SOP compliance across all stores.
Manage store P&L, budgets, cost controls, and financial performance.
Drive sales growth through data insights, market trends, and local marketing initiatives.
Lead, train, and develop Store Managers to build a high‑performance culture.
Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and loss‑prevention processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years in multi‑site retail operations management.
Proven experience in P&L ownership and cost‑control strategies.
Strong background in SOP development and process improvement.
Data‑driven with proficiency in retail analytics and POS systems.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
