Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient resource allocation to maintain productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Manage and maintain operational budgets, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability through strategic financial planning.
- Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Coordinate with different departments like logistics, sales, and customer service to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
- Supervise and mentor operational staff, providing training, support, and guidance to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage inventory, track stock levels, and place orders to maintain optimal supply chain efficiency and minimize shortages.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, complaints, and incidents promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and business continuity.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for all employees.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Proficiency in using operational software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Experience with budget management, cost control, and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of inventory management principles and supply chain operations.
Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes and efficiency.
Must be fluent in English and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
