Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operation Specialist is responsible for the following duties:

  • Preparing offers and bids.
  • Collaboration with trainers and preparation of training plans
  • Marketing for training courses and consultations provided by the Academy and attracting training needs
  • Using new marketing methods in coordination with the head of the department
  • Meeting targeted customers whether in-house or outside the academy and follow them through various communication

Required Skills

Bachelor Degree

Proven Experience in the the same field

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor degree in Adminstration/Marketing or any related field

Using English Fluently whether verbal or written

Skills of writing proposals

Good communication skills
