Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Operational Manager – Fit-Out is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, and client satisfaction. The role involves managing site teams, coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project operations.erall responsible for end-to-end fit-out project operations
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards
Manage and coordinate site teams, engineers, and supervisors
Handle client communication and maintain strong relationships
Control project costs, materials, and resource utilization
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, QA/QC, and safety standards
Monitor project progress, performance, and reporting to management
Resolve site issues, delays, and operational challenges efficiently
Drive team performance, productivity, and operational efficiency
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field
Experience
3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out industry
Minimum 3–5 years in managerial role
Strong UAE/GCC project experience preferred
Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent project management and coordination ability
Knowledge of fit-out materials, methods, and regulations
Budgeting and cost control expertise
Strong communication and negotiation skills
