Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth and timely fulfillment of customer orders from confirmation through delivery. You will coordinate closely with customers, florists, drivers, and internal teams to maintain high service quality, accurate order processing, and on-time deliveries.

Requirements:
- Nationality: Egyptian
- Age Range: 18 35
- Previous experience in Operations is preferred
- Background in E-commerce, Delivery Services, or Luxury/Premium Gifts is preferred
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Basic English (ability to read simple words)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
