Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.

  • Support the development and execution of operational projects and initiatives.

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to align operational activities with financial goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Analyst or similar role in a relevant industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and presentation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as MS Excel and SQL.
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
