Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
To support day-to-day operational activities by coordinating purchase follow-ups, logistics, dispatch planning, and SAP updates, ensuring smooth material flow and on-time deliveries.
Follow up with Purchase, Logistics, and Accounts teams on orders, deliveries, and invoices
Coordinate dispatch planning and track deliveries
Maintain and update SAP entries (POs, GRNs, delivery status, basic reports)
Track material movement and delivery timelines
Support day-to-day coordination to avoid delays and bottlenecks
Prepare basic status updates and follow-up reports
Work closely with the Operations Lead for minute-to-minute coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic knowledge of purchase and logistics processes
Familiarity with Any ERP systems (training can be provided)
Good follow-up and coordination skills
Basic Excel and email communication skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple follow-ups
0–2 years’ experience in operations, logistics, or purchase support
Fresh graduates with relevant exposure are welcome
Salary Range: 4K to 4.5K per month depending on skills, experience, and technical expertise
