Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support the Chief Operations Officer in day-to-day operational activities and strategic coordination
Manage and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including follow-ups, documentation, and issue resolution
Assist with accounts management, including coordination with finance teams, invoicing follow-ups, and record accuracy
Coordinate shipping and logistics activities (experience in shipping is a strong plus)
Ensure compliance with Lebanese regulatory requirements, including:
o Ministry of Finance
o National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
o Relevant labor, tax, and operational regulations
Act as a liaison between departments and across sister companies to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks
Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
Identify process improvements and support the implementation of efficient workflows
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role
Solid experience in supplier relations and accounts coordination
Strong knowledge of Lebanese compliance regulations, particularly Ministry of Finance and NSSF requirements
Experience in shipping, logistics, or import/export processes is an advantage
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and entities
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in MS Office with strong skills in Excel
