Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead all operational and technical functions across the EV charging network
Oversee the end-to-end installation and deployment of EV charging infrastructure
Manage, monitor, and maintain a growing portfolio of charge points across the UAE
Provide operational insight and support strategic decision-making at senior leadership level
Contribute to the development of network expansion strategy and infrastructure planning
Oversee charge point management systems (CPMS) and associated backend operations
Establish and track operational KPIs, ensuring delivery against performance targets and service standards
Drive continuous improvement across operational processes, systems, and service delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
-Proven experience within the EV charging or charge point infrastructure sector
-Strong background in network planning, infrastructure rollout, and deployment
-Extensive experience in operations and technical operations, including installation management
-Experience leading large, cross-functional teams in complex environments
-Strong understanding of backend systems, CPMS platforms, and operational processes
-Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on leadership approach
