Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in KYB (Know Your Business) processes, B2B client support via email and chat, and financial/operational coordination. You will play a critical role in managing KYB onboarding, handling B2B client communications, and acting as a key link between Finance and Customer Support teams, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and smooth operations. A primary focus will be on resolving balance mismatches, missing entries, and incorrect uploads to maintain operational and financial integrity. Key Responsibilities

KYB & Client Onboarding Manage end-to-end KYB processes, ensuring all client documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant. Support onboarding of new B2B clients, including document collection, verification, and follow-ups.
B2B Client Support (Email & Ticketing) Handle client queries via email and chat, maintaining professional and timely communication. Manage and track support tickets, including KYB-related requests, and follow up until full resolution.
Financial Operations & Reconciliation Maintain organized records of contracts, licenses, banking details, and client information. Assist in preparing and updating contracts using standardized templates. Monitor system balances on a daily basis and ensure data accuracy. Check the correctness of data flows and escalate discrepancies when needed. Support monthly partner reconciliations in coordination with the Finance team. Act as a key bridge between Finance and Customer Support, ensuring accuracy, timely follow-up, and smooth operations, with a primary focus on resolving balance mismatches, missing entries, and incorrect uploads to maintain operational and financial integrity.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience in KYB (Know Your Business) processes and documentation.

  • Mandatory: Experience in B2B client support via email/chat, including ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).

  • Working knowledge of financial operations, including balance monitoring and reconciliation.

  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, onboarding, client support, or a related role.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with strong email etiquette.

  • High attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/support tools.

  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong ownership.
