Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Plan, manage, and oversee daily transport operations for heavy equipment and machinery.

  2. Coordinate with oil & gas companies to provide reliable transport support for rigging and drilling projects.

  3. Ensure compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and client requirements.

  4. Optimize fleet utilization, maintenance, and scheduling to ensure timely deliveries.

  5. Manage drivers, supervisors, and logistics staff to ensure efficient workflows.

  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with oil & gas clients.

  7. Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and recommend process improvements.

  8. Handle problem-solving for on-ground operational challenges.
