Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Main mission:

  • Ensure the management, monitoring and execution of operations and projects within the organization, ensuring their smooth running, in compliance with deadlines and internal standards.

Responsabilit s :

  • Operations Management: Monitor and coordinate the various assigned operations: Monitor and coordinate the various assigned operations, ensuring that they are carried out efficiently and in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Customer Relations: Respond to customer requests, provide quality service and resolve any problems or specific requests.
  • Administrative follow-up: Prepare the necessary documents, maintain reports and dashboards relating to operations.
  • Internal collaboration: Work closely with different teams to ensure optimal coordination and compliance with set objectives.
  • Regulatory monitoring: Ensure: Ensure that all operations comply with legal standards and internal procedures in force.

Required skills:

  • Good organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in office tools and project management software.
  • Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve problems.
  • Rigor, responsiveness and attention to detail.

Formation :

  • Bac +3 Bac +5 in management, administration, banking, finance or similar field.

Exp rience :

  • Experience in project management or a similar role is an asset.
