Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure smooth coordination across departments and locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficient workflow between departments.
- Manage procurement and sourcing of operational supplies, equipment, and materials.
- Identify and coordinate with suppliers, request quotations, and ensure cost effective purchasing.
- Monitor operational budgets and coordinate with accounting on approvals and payments.
- Supervise inventory and stock management to ensure availability of operational and production materials.
- Coordinate logistics, transportation schedules, and operational requirements for projects and photoshoots.
- Oversee facilities management, maintenance, and operational readiness of company locations.
- Manage vendors, equipment servicing, and supplier relationships.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding operational workforce needs and schedules.
- Prepare operational reports and updates for management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 4 6 years of experience in operations, administration, or office management. Experience in fashion, atelier, retail, or production environments is a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem solving skills. Ability to manage suppliers, budgets, and operational logistics.
