Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join a fast-growing entertainment chain in the UAE, specialising in soft play areas and family entertainment experiences.
This is a key leadership role for someone passionate about operational excellence, team development, and delivering outstanding customer experiences within the entertainment and leisure industry
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple locations
Ensure the highest standards of health & safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead, train, and motivate multi-site operational teams
Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, and overall business performance
Identify and implement operational improvements and growth strategies
Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations and internal company policies
Drive consistency in brand standards and guest experience across all sites
Handle operational challenges and provide effective, timely solutions
Requirements:
Proven experience in Operations Management within FEC, soft play, attractions, amusement parks, or theme parks
Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills
Experience managing multi-site operations is highly desirable
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Must be based in the UAE with mandatory Dubai experience
