Roles & Responsibilities
An International Healthcare Consulting Firm is looking for an Operations Manager (Project Delivery & Portfolio Lead) to join its consulting team, someone who can balance delivery precision with commercial acumen and people leadership.
What You’ll Do • Lead and oversee multiple consulting projects from planning to delivery. • Ensure disciplined project governance, risk management, and on-time delivery. • Optimize resource allocation and utilization across global projects. • Partner with the Global Commercial Lead on RFPs, bids, and proposals. • Review and ensure the quality of all client deliverables. • Mentor project managers and engagement leads to enhance performance. • Drive continuous improvement in delivery tools, processes, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile
What You Bring • 3-6 years’ experience in project or portfolio management, ideally within consulting, professional services, or Healthcare firms. • Strong background in resource management, bid support, and delivery governance. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Proven ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment. • PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification is an advantage.
