Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee vehicle testing and automotive inspection operations in compliance with UAE RTA standards. The role involves managing testing lanes, ensuring safety and quality compliance, leading teams, monitoring KPIs, and maintaining efficient service operations.
Manage daily Vehicle Testing Operations and Automotive Inspection activities.
Ensure compliance with RTA Compliance and UAE Driving & Transport Standards.
Supervise Vehicle Inspection Systems and Testing Lane Management.
Lead operational teams and drive performance through effective KPI Management.
Maintain Safety Compliance, Health & Safety Standards, and Quality Control procedures.
Conduct Compliance Audits, Audit Management, and performance reviews.
Oversee Light Vehicle Testing, reporting, and documentation processes.
Improve operational efficiency through strong Problem Solving and Time Management skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Automotive, Mechanical, or Operations Management.
