Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans that align with the company’s goals, ensuring optimal resource allocation and process efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational success, making data-driven decisions to enhance performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and communication to drive projects and initiatives to successful completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the Foodstuff Distribution operations.
The candidate should have strong end-to-end operational expertise along with advanced leadership and reporting capabilities
