Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the gallery to ensure smooth, efficient, and premium retail execution.

Lead, coach, and supervise the Store Manager and Sales Team to achieve sales targets and service excellence.

Ensure optimal staff scheduling, attendance, and productivity.

Monitor showroom readiness, merchandising standards, and product displays in line with brand guidelines.

Drive revenue growth by supporting sales strategies, promotions, and client engagement initiatives.

Monitor KPIs including sales targets, conversion rates, average ticket value, and client retention.

Analyze sales performance reports and implement corrective actions when needed.

Support the Store Manager in handling key clients, VIP customers, and large projects.

Ensure a high-touch, luxury customer journey from first contact to post-sale follow-up.

Enforce brand standards related to service quality, showroom aesthetics, and staff presentation.

Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure effective resolution aligned with brand values.

Oversee stock management, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability.

Monitor slow-moving and high-value items and propose corrective actions.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of premium and fragile products.

Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management to the Store Manager and Sales Team.

Conduct regular performance reviews and support training and development initiatives.

Foster a sales-driven, professional, and customer-centric culture.

Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and code of conduct.

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, pricing policies, and discount controls.

Monitor operational costs and optimize efficiency without compromising service quality.

Prepare operational and sales reports for senior management.

Coordinate closely with finance on invoicing, collections, and operational reconciliations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations, or related field.

Minimum 5 8 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in high-end, luxury, or premium homeware / sanitary ware / design-focused retail.

Proven experience leading store managers and sales teams.

Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards and showroom operations.
