Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily delivery operations to ensure timely order dispatching and successful deliveries.
• Monitor operational workflows including order processing, driver assignments, and route execution.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed within the agreed service timelines.
• Supervise drivers and dispatch teams to ensure efficient vehicle utilization.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
• Manage vehicle allocation, maintenance coordination, and operational readiness of the fleet.
• Ensure proper planning of delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce delays.
• Monitor real-time dispatch operations and address any delivery issues promptly.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to minimize failed or delayed deliveries.
• Ensure delivery services meet company standards and client expectations.
• Address operational issues related to delivery delays, lost parcels, or service complaints.
• Maintain strong coordination with the sales and customer service teams.
• Track operational KPIs such as delivery success rate, on-time delivery, and driver productivity.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports for senior management.
• Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve delivery efficiency.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and dispatch processes.
• Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Monitor operational expenses, fuel usage, and logistics costs.
• Implement cost-control strategies without affecting service quality.
• Work closely with other departments including Sales, Customer Support, and Finance.
• Ensure effective communication between operations teams, drivers, and management.
• Handle urgent operational situations and provide quick solutions.
