Roles & Responsibilities
Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager – Recruitment & Workforce Solutions to lead and scale recruitment operations for a growing staffing and workforce solutions organization in Abu Dhabi. The role requires a commercially driven leader capable of managing recruitment delivery teams while also contributing to business growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations Leadership
Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple industry sectors.
Manage recruitment teams, delivery managers, and operational workflows to ensure timely hiring delivery.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies, delivery models, and talent pipelines.
Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and delivery performance.
Business Development & Client Management
Identify and develop new client relationships and recruitment mandates.
Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
Work closely with leadership to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.
Operational & Financial Management
Oversee recruitment operations budgets, cost control, and resource planning.
Ensure efficient utilization of recruitment technology including ATS and recruitment automation tools.
Implement process improvements to optimize recruitment delivery and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development
Build, lead, and mentor recruitment and operations teams.
Establish performance targets and monitor team productivity.
Develop scalable recruitment structures to support large-scale hiring programs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
12+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or workforce solutions.
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role within a recruitment agency or staffing company.
Proven experience managing recruitment delivery teams and large hiring mandates.
Demonstrated ability to bring new business and manage client relationships.
Strong understanding of staffing operations, workforce solutions, and recruitment processes.
Experience working across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Construction, Engineering, IT, Healthcare, or Banking is preferred.
