Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You ll Do
- Develop, implement, and enforce SOPs in line with UAE laws and safety protocols
- Conduct audits, manage risks, and ensure strict compliance with safety and operational standards
- Oversee staffing, supervise Duty Managers, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver a world-class guest experience, resolving escalated issues and improving service based on feedback
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and optimize KPIs such as revenue per guest and transaction value
- Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Events teams to support promotions and seasonal activations
- Lead and motivate teams through performance reviews, training, and morale-building initiatives
- Produce operational reports, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations for long-term success
Desired Candidate Profile
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 3 years of operations management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or customer-focused industries
- Proven ability to manage audits, enforce SOPs, and lead multicultural teams
- Energetic, process-driven, and people-focused leader with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
