Roles & Responsibilities
Location: Dubai, UAE
Function: Operations / Innovation / Third-Party Management
The UK/US Operations & Marketing Support Lead will serve as the central coordination and execution anchor for backend marketing operations, innovation projects, and third-party partner management across UAE, UK, and US business units. The role will drive cross-functional alignment, enable faster project execution, and ensure structured operational support across regions.
This position acts as a single point of contact for innovation and marketing backend initiatives, ensuring process rigor, stakeholder coordination, and seamless delivery across regulatory, supply chain, brand, and partner ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Backend Support
- Provide structured backend operational support to UK and US marketing teams
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows across Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Brand teams
- Ensure timely execution and tracking of marketing and innovation initiatives
- Drive process discipline, documentation, and governance across projects
- Support backend execution to enable frontline teams to focus on market-facing priorities
Innovation & NPD Project Management
- Lead and manage New Product Development (NPD) and innovation projects across categories
- Coordinate end-to-end project workflows from concept to commercialization support
- Facilitate innovation exchange and best practice sharing across UAE, MENA, UK, and US businesses
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and risk areas
- Ensure alignment between brand, technical, regulatory, and supply chain requirements
Third-Party (3P) Partner Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable third-party partners
- Manage and strengthen third-party ecosystem relationships
- Coordinate deliverables and performance tracking for 3P partners
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational expectations
- Act as the interface between internal teams and external partners
Cross-Regional Coordination
- Act as central liaison between UAE hub and UK/US brand and operations teams
- Enable structured communication and coordination across regions
- Support knowledge transfer and best practice adoption across markets
- Align cross-market project execution standards
Single Point of Contact Ownership
- Serve as SPOC for assigned operations and marketing support projects
- Ensure clarity, accountability, and response speed across stakeholders
- Provide regular project status updates and escalation visibility
- Reduce coordination gaps and onboarding risk through process continuity
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Experience & Background
- 8+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Innovation, NPD, or Third-Party Management
- Proven experience managing NPD and innovation projects across categories
- Strong experience working with third-party/vendor ecosystems
- Demonstrated cross-functional coordination with Regulatory and Supply Chain teams
- Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods preferred
- Experience in leading FMCG organizations preferred
- Experience supporting multi-market or regional projects is an advantage
