Roles & Responsibilities

Opening with a leading FMCG Group of company for their office at Dubai Role: Operations & Marketing Lead Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Marketing Operations & Backend Support Provide structured backend operational support to UK and US marketing teams Coordinate cross-functional workflows across Regulatory, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Brand teams Ensure timely execution and tracking of marketing and innovation initiatives Drive process discipline, documentation, and governance across projects Support backend execution to enable frontline teams to focus on market-facing priorities 2. Innovation & NPD Project Management Lead and manage New Product Development (NPD) and innovation projects across categories Coordinate end-to-end project workflows from concept to commercialization support Facilitate innovation exchange and best practice sharing across UAE, MENA, UK, and US businesses Track project milestones, dependencies, and risk areas Ensure alignment between brand, technical, regulatory, and supply chain requirements 3. Third-Party (3P) Partner Management Identify, evaluate, and onboard suitable third-party partners Manage and strengthen third-party ecosystem relationships Coordinate deliverables and performance tracking for 3P partners Ensure compliance with company standards and operational expectations Act as the interface between internal teams and external partners 4. Cross-Regional Coordination Act as central liaison between UAE hub and UK/US brand and operations teams Enable structured communication and coordination across regions Support knowledge transfer and best practice adoption across markets Align cross-market project execution standards 5. Single Point of Contact Ownership Serve as SPOC for assigned operations and marketing support projects Ensure clarity, accountability, and response speed across stakeholders Provide regular project status updates and escalation visibility Reduce coordination gaps and onboarding risk through process continuity Required Experience & Background 8+ years experience in Marketing Operations, Innovation, NPD, or Third-Party Management Proven experience managing NPD and innovation projects across categories Strong experience working with third-party/vendor ecosystems Demonstrated cross-functional coordination with Regulatory and Supply Chain teams Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods preferred Experience in organizations such as Dabur, ITC, or similar FMCG companies preferred Experience supporting multi-market or regional projects is an advantage Core Skills & Competencies Strong project and program management capability Cross-functional stakeholder coordination Third-party partner evaluation and management Marketing backend operations knowledge Innovation & NPD workflow management Process orientation and governance mindset High ownership and accountability Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to operate across regions and time zones Problem solving and execution rigor Key Success Outcomes Faster cross-regional project execution Improved backend marketing operations efficiency Stronger third-party ecosystem management Reduced onboarding and execution risk Improved cross-functional alignment Increased operational rigor and delivery predictability if interested,kinldy share your updated resume at EMAIL_ADDRESS

  • Demonstrated cross-functional coordination with Regulatory and Supply Chain teams
  • Prior experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods preferred
  • Experience in organizations such as Dabur, ITC, or similar FMCG companies preferred
