Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare & manage all shipping, customs documentation & customer requirements
• Liaise with warehouses & overseas agents to ensure smooth, compliant execution
• Provide customer service: handle bookings & manage claims
• prepare precise sea/air quotations & support sales team
• Coordinate end-to-end sea and air freight operations

We are hiring an Operations Officer (Sea & Air Shipping / Freight Forwarding) to our company in Beirut, Lebanon

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ Years of Experience in freight forwarding business
• A degree in Business, Logistics or similar
