What You ll Do

* Analyze KPIs and operational metrics through SQL dashboards to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities
* Build and maintain a centralized knowledgebase of SOPs across all store operations
* Lead the implementation and standardization of procedures across multiple countries
* Develop and optimize the physical and logistical layout of dark stores
* Identify ideal store locations through feasibility studies and operational modeling
* Manage the product operations pipeline, including launch configurations and experiments
* Partner with product, tech, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless rollout of initiatives
* Track experiment performance and optimize configurations based on data

Candidate Requirements

* 3 to 4 years of experience in analytics, network planning, or retail operations
* Proficient in SQL and data visualization for decision-making
* Hands-on experience managing multi-market or large-scale operational rollouts
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication, with team training experience
* Background in retail, logistics, or e-commerce preferred
