Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Channel Development & Management

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand the Data Center ecosystem.

  • Develop and execute channel development strategies to ensure alignment with regional business goals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their engagement and loyalty.

  • Set and track partner performance metrics, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  1. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive revenue growth through channel partners by promoting DCF solutions and incentive programs.

  • Work closely with channel partners to develop and implement joint business plans.

  • Monitor partner sales pipelines and provide support to ensure deal closures.

  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve channel performance.

  1. Operational Excellence

  • Implement and optimize Manage Partner Relationship (MPR) systems to enhance partner operations.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, technical support, marketing) to ensure seamless operations for channel partners.

  • Ensure accurate and timely sharing of PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) data with channel partners.

  1. Partner Training & Enablement

  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate partners on Data Center products, solutions, and industry trends.

  • Provide ongoing support and technical guidance to partners to improve their sales and service capabilities.

  • Organize partner events, webinars, and workshops to foster collaboration and growth.

  1. Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all channel operations comply with company policies and regional regulations.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on channel performance, including sales, revenue, and partner satisfaction metrics.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Position requirements and business skills:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above from a formal university, 3-5 years or above experience in channel management, sales, or operations within the data center industry.

    2. English is proficient and can be used as a working language.

    3. Strong achievement orientation, excellent interpersonal understanding and communication skills;

    4. Be able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment and team work

    5. Bold in developing new market segments, able to withstand pressure.

    Professional knowledge requirements:

    1. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across cultures.

    1. Knowledge of sales project management and operation
