Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Support - Respond to customer inquiries via email, social media, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Order Fulfillment - Manage the order processing cycle from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•Machinery Operation Management - Operate and oversee the laser engraving machine to process daily custom orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Logistics Management - Coordinate with shipping providers, handle order tracking, and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Team Coordination - Supervise and guide staff in daily operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Quality Control - Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality before shipment.
• Inventory Management - Oversee raw material and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Requirements
• Previous experience in operations, logistics, production, or team management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (oral and verbal).
•Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM (dependable) Benefits
