Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials efficiently and accurately.
• Pick and fill orders from stock using appropriate documentation and methods.
• Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution on time.
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace following best practices and regulations.
• Conduct physical inventory checks and report discrepancies promptly.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisory staff.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Support the development and implementation of organizational improvement processes.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize and streamline workflows and logistics.
• Assist in training new warehouse employees in company processes and safety measures.
• Ensure all products are stored in accordance with storage guidelines and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are desirable.
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse machinery including forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and leadership.
• Physical stamina required to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
• Basic computer skills to manage inventory tracking systems and documentation.
