Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Lead implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle EBS PPM modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, Project Control, and Project Performance Reporting.

• Ensure solutions are aligned with contracting industry practices and organizational standards.

• Provide functional expertise for enhancements, controlled customizations, and system optimization initiatives.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend scalable solutions that improve project governance, financial tracking, and operational efficiency.

• Participate in solution design, development, testing, and deployment activitie

• Facilitate integration of Oracle EBS Projects with third-party applications such as workforce management, planning tools, and estimation systems.

• Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across enterprise platforms.

• Provide day-to-day functional support for project costing and billing processes, including material, subcontract transactions, PMV, manpower management, and project financial controls.

• Support project lifecycle processes including budgeting, revenue recognition, cost control, subcontract management, and project financial close.
