Location- Dubai

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Financials Specialist with a focus on Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). This onsite role involves designing and implementing complex accounting rules to transform data from non-Oracle source systems into the Oracle General Ledger.

Key Responsibilities

• FAH Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle FAH, including requirement gathering and accounting rule configuration.
• Core Financials: Provide functional expertise in core modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Accounting Transformation: Define accounting events, headers, and lines; configure event models and mapping sets within FAH.
• Integration & Support: Collaborate with technical teams to bridge third-party source systems with Oracle Financials, ensuring seamless data flow and reconciliation.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with finance teams to translate complex accounting policies into technical sub-ledger accounting (SLA) rules.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve critical issues during month-end closing and provide continuous support for financial reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in full-cycle Oracle Financials implementations.
• Deep functional understanding of Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and FAH components.
• Strong knowledge of financial business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C).
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing onsite interactions.
• Ability to work independently in a high-pressure onsite environment.
