Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support Oracle Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expenses.
  • Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for best practices using Oracle Financials.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement interfaces, reports, and workflow solutions.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support end-users with troubleshooting, system issues, and financial reporting.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expenses).
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 or later versions.
  • Knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to relocate to the UAE.
