Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proven experience with Oracle HCM Payroll module (minimum 5 years).
Expertise in the complete payroll lifecycle, from setup to processing and reporting.
Proficiency in creating and managing payroll definitions, costing, and data validation.
Experience with payroll reporting (e.g., payslips, year-end processing).
Ability to analyze and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues.
Experience with Fast Formulas
Experience in payroll testing (e.g., payroll runs, validations, error resolutions).
Ability to communicate complex payroll processes and requirements to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Experience with Oracle HCM Payroll implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
Knowledge of payroll legislation in UAE or GCC
Flexible and adaptable to changing requirements and environments.
