Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion applications, ensuring they meet the specific requirements of the organization while adhering to best practices.
  • Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
  • Provide expert guidance on business process reengineering to enhance system efficiencies and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion applications is preferred, showcasing expertise in at least one module.
  • Oracle Fusion certification, such as Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist, is highly desirable and demonstrates commitment to the role.
  • Experience in the industry relevant to the hiring organization (e.g., finance, healthcare, manufacturing) enhances candidacy.
