Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills :

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

3 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.

Strong knowledge of at least two or more Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Performance, Talent, Learning, Recruitment, etc.).

Hands-on experience with configuration, data loading (HDL/Spreadsheet loader), and security setup.

Solid understanding of HR business processes and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Oracle Fusion HCM certification is preferred.

Strong presentation and documentation skills.
