Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), from requirements gathering through go-live support.
  • Configure procurement processes including purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, and self-service procurement.
  • Design and implement contract lifecycle processes including sourcing, authoring, approvals, renewals, and amendments.
  • Set up contract repositories, document management, and enable MS Word-based contract authoring and collaboration.
  • Integrate eSignature solutions (e.g., DocuSign/Adobe Sign) for digital contract execution and tracking.
  • Configure contract obligations, supplier performance tracking, and automated alerts for SLA and compliance monitoring.
  • Define agreement structures (BPA/CPA), controls, and approval workflows with rule-based routing and escalation.
  • Develop reports and dashboards for contract performance, spend analysis, and expiry/renewal tracking.
  • Manage data migration and integrations with external systems using APIs and integration tools.
  • Handle support (L1/L2/L3), enhancements, Redwood UI migration, and stakeholder engagement including UAT and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement and CLM implementations.
  • Relevant Oracle certifications in Procurement, SCM, or CLM are preferred.
  • Deep functional knowledge across procurement modules including Purchasing, Sourcing, SQM, Supplier Portal, and Contracts.
  • Expertise in contract authoring, clause libraries, compliance controls, and lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience with contract risk, audit readiness, and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools such as OTBI, BIP, and Procurement Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data migration tools (FBDI) and integration technologies (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Experience in support environments, issue resolution, and system enhancements.
  • Familiarity with Redwood UI and modern Oracle UX features.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
