Successfully implement new Oracle Fusion HR modules according to project timelines and client requirements. Design, develop, and implement functional enhancements and customizations to Oracle Fusion HR modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, etc.) that meet specific client needs and improve process efficiency. Leverage your knowledge of Oracle Fusion HR and HR best practices to provide insightful recommendations and guidance to clients on optimizing their HR processes. Actively participate in unit and system testing of Oracle Fusion HR configurations and customizations. Identify and document any discrepancies between actual and expected results. Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Fusion HR, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to users. Develop clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans, to support future reference and knowledge transfer. Collaborate with team members to analyze business challenges and leverage Oracle Fusion HR functionalities to develop and implement effective solutions. Provide technical support for other Oracle database systems as needed, ensuring their smooth integration with Oracle Fusion HR. Develop technical specifications to document system configurations and customizations. Generate HR metrics and reports using Oracle reporting tools to provide valuable insights into HR data.
