Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports within Oracle Fusion HCM
Develop and manage HCM Extracts for reporting and third-party integrations
Configure and maintain Alerts and Page Personalization based on business requirements
Perform data loads, updates, and transformations using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
Develop and manage outbound integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM and external systems
Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Provide support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing Oracle Fusion HCM configurations
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong hands-on experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant in Oracle Fusion HCM
Expertise in BI Publisher (BIP) Reports and HCM Extracts
Experience in configuring Alerts and Page Personalization
Hands-on experience with HDL for data migration and management
Proven experience in outbound integrations from Oracle Fusion HCM
Strong understanding of HCM business processes
Fluent Arabic communication skills (spoken and written)
Preferred / Added Advantage
Exposure to Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
