Roles & Responsibilities

Principal Accountabilities

As a Technical Lead have to deal with all the below activities for new Projects and CRs.

  • Vendors RFP Evaluation (Technically)
  • Review and recommend the architecture and technologies
  • Project planning, execution and monitoring
  • SIT planning, execution including test cases preparation
  • UAT planning and support
  • Issues tracking, troubleshooting and resolution
  • Performance Testing planning, review, analysis and troubleshooting and fix recommendations.
  • Migration (If Any)
  • Project Documentation

Test Support for the Services applications

Primary Skills

  • Strong Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
  • Expertise in writing procedures, functions, packages, triggers
  • Ability to build ETL pipelines using pure PL/SQL (merge, update, insert staging logic)
  • Data extraction, transformation, cleansing using PL/SQL scripts
  • Designing staging tables, delta logic, error handling in Oracle
  • Experience loading data into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
  • Understanding of CRM entities, GUIDs, lookups, relationships
  • Understanding of data quality, dedupe, reconciliation
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/OData)
  • Good documentation, data mapping, and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with JSON, XML, CSV transformations
  • Basic DevOps knowledge for versioning and deployment

Secondary Skills

  • Exposure to ODI for orchestration
  • Knowledge of Dataverse schema and metadata
  • Basic understanding of Azure ADF / Logic Apps
  • CRM configuration (entities, fields, option sets)
