Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and on-premise solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations and client satisfaction.
- Conduct in-depth technical assessments and provide strategic recommendations to optimize Oracle environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Design and implement robust Oracle database architectures, including high availability, disaster recovery, and data integration strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues, providing expert-level support and root cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver successful projects.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior consultants and client staff, fostering knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Stay current with the latest Oracle technologies and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, demonstrations, and proposal development.
- Manage and oversee technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Holds relevant Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Architect).
- Demonstrates 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, with a strong focus on consulting and solution architecture.
- Exhibits a deep understanding of Oracle database administration, performance tuning, and security best practices.
- Has proven experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), including compute, storage, networking, and database services.
- Shows expertise in data integration and migration strategies, including ETL tools and methodologies.
- Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Is fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
