An Order Management Executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of a company's inventory and supply mechanisms.   • Monitor and analyze order patterns to forecast demand and manage inventory accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations related to order processing.

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to enhance cooperation and support.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in order management or supply chain roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using order management software and other related technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder interaction.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges and provide effective solutions.
