Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct organizational studies and analyses to assess structures, reporting lines, and functional effectiveness of government entities.
- Review and develop organizational structures, policies, procedures, and operational models to enhance efficiency.
- Support institutional transformation projects aligned with national development strategies.
- Prepare organizational reports, benchmarks, and analytical studies based on international best practices.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to propose actionable organizational solutions.
- Design and develop guidelines, templates, questionnaires, and tools for organizational assessments.
- Provide expert advisory support on administrative organization, restructuring, and operational improvement.
- Identify gaps, challenges, and structural issues in government agencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in designing transition frameworks, shared services models, and integrated government functions.
- Support the development and enhancement of strategic directions and operating models for public sector entities.
- Prepare and maintain an organizational register of government structures.
- Evaluate the impact of sector-specific projects, privatization, or activity transfers on organizational setups.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and compliance with government regulations.
- Prepare and present professional reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Monitor project progress and support implementation of approved organizational changes.
- Transfer knowledge to junior staff and contribute to capacity-building within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD in Public Administration, Organizational Management, HR Management, Institutional Development, Public Policy, Quality Management, Strategic Planning or related fields.
