OT Security Engineer Malomatia Q.S.C.

The Senior OT Security Engineer is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing OT cybersecurity monitoring and detection systems. This role involves ensuring visibility, threat detection, and security compliance across industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and other OT environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and administer OT network visibility and threat detection platforms, including Nozomi Networks, Tenable OT, Schneider Electric solutions, and Dragos. Perform upgrades, patching, and platform health monitoring to maintain OT security systems reliability. Conduct asset discovery, network topology mapping, and anomaly detection across industrial network. Monitor and investigate OT network traffic and alerts for suspicious or abnormal behavior. Collaborate with SOC and incident response teams to analyze and contain OT-related security incidents. Support vulnerability assessments, change reviews, and risk mitigation activities in OT environments. Develop and optimize detection policies, and alerting thresholds to improve accuracy and reduce false positives. Support OT security projects, testing, and lab initiatives related to detection and monitoring technologies. Develop and maintain accurate documentation of OT security platforms configurations, assets, and operational procedures. Produce regular reports on OT network visibility, asset inventory changes, and detected threats. Provide mentorship and guidance to Junior OT security Engineers.
